Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@walleyex.com or click the button below to start a return through your customer account. Make sure to login to your account using the same email that was used on the corresponding order.
If your return is accepted, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or if an error occurred in fulfillment. Original order shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
FishFX Brands reserves the right to deny any return. FishFX Brands recommends tracking your return shipment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
We make every effort to ship products within 3 business days of order. Delivery times are dependent on shipping carriers. Please allow up to 3 weeks of delivery (longer for international shipments).
Domestic Shipping (Continental US only)
A flat economy shipping rate of $7.00 is applied to all pre-tax orders less than $75 USD. We offer free delivery on pre-tax purchases of more than $75 USD. A street address is required for all shipments - no P.O. Boxes. Shipping and handling costs are subject to change without notice.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Orders may not be changed or canceled once submitted online.
Warranty Policy
Products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. Defective products must be communicated to us within 30 days of purchase. If we determine it is a product defect, we will send you a replacement.
